Marco Sajiv Mambretti
Vice President Service EMEA & Global Spare Parts
Cavotec
Since January 2026, I lead Cavotec's Service business across EMEA while continuing to head the global Spare Parts organization — the aftermarket engine behind the connection and electrification systems decarbonizing ports and industrial sites worldwide.
None of it works without the team. In EMEA, we run the full service scope — field service, on-site permanent maintenance crews, labor, and the end-to-end activities that keep our customers operational. Globally, our Spare Parts organization supports Cavotec systems wherever they're installed. I'm fortunate to work alongside people who genuinely own their part of the business, and my job is to give them the direction, tools, and trust to deliver.
Our shared job is straightforward: keep customers' operations safe, efficient, and reliable, around the world and around the clock. We do that by extending the life cycle of installed systems and reducing total cost of ownership for operators who can't afford downtime.
I moved into service leadership after several years at the heart of Cavotec's group-wide transformation that began in 2017. Reporting directly to C-level leaders, I helped reshape how we operate across Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sustainability. That cross-functional view — seeing the business from every angle before taking P&L responsibility — shapes how I lead today: commercially, operationally, and with sustainability built in rather than bolted on. But the real lesson from those years was simpler — transformations don't happen through strategy decks; they happen because teams choose to make them happen.
What I care about: building service organizations where people want to do their best work, turning aftermarket from a cost conversation into a partnership, and proving that decarbonization and profitability move in the same direction.
